We are a working farm, including farm equipment and animals. Only authorized entry is allowed. All unauthorized individuals will be cited for trespassing. Enter at your own risk and liability.
We do our due diligence to provide quality products and animals, but our items are sold as-is, no warranty is expressed or implied.
Hay is sold by the bale only. We do not have a certified scale to sell by the ton. Our best effort is made to calculate an average bale weight, but some variation will exist.
Asman Highland Cattle and/or their representatives and the property owner are not responsible for any damages to any person, vehicle, trailer and/or personal property during entry on premises or loading.
Loading is a complementary service we may provide. You may decline this service. You are welcome to load yourself, by hand, at your own risk.
The property is equipped with multiple security cameras.
We accept payment in the form of cash or check with your current address and phone number. Sorry we do not accept Credit Cards, Venmo, CashApp or Zelle at this time.
If your payment is reversed, NSF or funds become 'unavailable' for any reason, it is your responsibility to make the correction and make payment the next business day. You have one week from the time we are informed of payment issue before we make the issue public.
There is a $25 fee for all NSF checks, no exceptions.
Anyone that makes a stop payment on a check will be denied further purchases and we will move forward with legal action of theft if paymentis are not received in a timely manner.
